Practical ways to reduce everyday stress

Do you have guilt about taking time for yourself, instead of helping others or finishing that to-do list? (which is probably a list of tasks for other people, right?!)

Taking time to work on your own wellbeing, mental and emotional health actually affects the people around you in a positive way.

Your friends, family and colleagues will benefit from you doing this work. Why? Because you show up differently, when you're relaxed and present.

There’s a lot going on in our lives at the moment and it’s normal to feel unease, and experience periods of stress, anxiety and overwhelm during this time.

You are not alone in this!

Since Covid 19 struck, I've been creating more mindfulness based videos and sessions to help focus my mind, and share with the people in my life.

I hope you enjoy the video!

Thank you for showing up today!

For taking the time to prioritise yourself and your wellbeing. The first step is showing up for yourself, and you are. *high five*
