Why you should build an awareness practice

When things get a little too much, I politely excuse myself from the world and grab a quiet moment to breathe.


We can always come back to the breath. Always. It's our constant.


And we always only ever have this moment. This breath, and this moment.


That's all you need to focus on. There's a sense of peace there.
